Items ship within 3-5 business days of receiving payment.

Orders within the UK ship by Royal Mail second class post. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International delivery.

Orders from within the UK dispatch within 3-5 business days and then usually take a further 2 to 5 business days in the postal system.

International orders dispatch within 3-5 businesss days and then usually take a further 7-20 business days in the postal system depending on the destination.

Unused items can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Please notify us via email thecharmedhare@gmail.com first.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us via email thecharmedhare@gmail.com and we will either replace your item or issue you with a full refund.
